We want you to love your Scent of You experience.

If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.


📦 DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email you@scentofyou.com.au within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, refund or other solution where applicable.


💌 CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery.

If your order remains unopened, unused and in its original condition, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at you@scentofyou.com.au and we will be happy to discuss your return options.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.


🎁 BUNDLE & GIFT SET RETURNS

Where products are purchased as part of a bundle, gift set, Founder Offer or promotional pricing, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the pricing applicable to the items retained.

For example, if one or more items from a bundle are returned, the refund amount may be reduced to account for the bundle discount originally applied to the order.

Any approved refund will be calculated based on the actual purchase price paid for the products retained and returned.


🎀 GIFT ORDERS

Purchased as a gift and not quite right?

Contact us at you@scentofyou.com.au and we'll do our best to find a suitable solution.

We understand gifting is personal and we'll always approach these situations with care, fairness and common sense.


💳 HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


🖤 FOUNDER'S LAUNCH ORDERS

Founder Pricing is available for a limited time and while stock allocated to our first release remains available.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We'll notify you by email and no action will be required on your part.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy does not limit or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
