Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Scent of You experience.

If you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is supplied.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at you@scentofyou.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy where required by law.
