Where do we ship?

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. More international destinations are coming soon — register your interest at you@scentofyou.com.au

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard Australia Post delivery usually arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Standard International (New Zealand)	6–12 business days once dispatched

Standard — Australia	Free on orders of $49 or more $10 on orders under $49
Australia Post Express — Australia	$15 on all orders
Standard International — New Zealand	$19.95 AUD — tracked

New Zealand orders may be subject to local customs or import charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes. We ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers via Australia Post.

Will my order fit in the letterbox?

Gift boxes are taller than a standard letterbox slot, so we recommend adding a safe drop location at checkout, using a parcel locker address, or shipping to a work address. Where a safe drop is unavailable, Australia Post will leave a collection card so you can pick your parcel up at your nearest post office.

If you are out when it arrives

Australia Post will leave a calling card and hold your parcel at your nearest post office for collection, typically for 10 business days. You can also add a safe drop instruction at checkout and we will pass this on with your order.

Click & collect

Every order is delivered by Australia Post, with parcel lockers and PO boxes both available at checkout. Click and collect is something we will look at as we grow.

Tracking your order

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.

Gifting — pricing stays private

Orders sent straight to a recipient arrive with all pricing information kept off the packaging. Add a personalised gift message at checkout and we will include a printed note.
