How long will my order take?
First release orders are expected to arrive at your door within 3–4 weeks of ordering. Once stock is on hand, orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.

New Zealand orders may be subject to local customs or import charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes. We ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers via Australia Post.
Will my order fit in the letterbox?
Individual sachets in their gift boxes may not fit in a standard letterbox due to the height of the packaging. We recommend adding a safe drop location at checkout, using a parcel locker address, or shipping to a work address. If no safe drop is available, Australia Post will leave a collection card at your nearest post office.
What if I am not home?
Australia Post will leave a calling card and hold your parcel at your nearest post office for collection, typically for 10 business days. You can also add a safe drop instruction at checkout and we will pass this on with your order.
Click & collect
We do not currently offer click and collect.
Tracking your order
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.
Gifting — will prices appear on the package?
No. If you are sending directly to a recipient, there is no pricing information included in the package. Add a personalised gift message at checkout and we will include a printed note.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Check your tracking link for updates, check with neighbours or your post office, then email you@scentofyou.com.au with your order number and we will investigate promptly. We respond within 1–2 business days.
