What is a fragrance sachet?
A fragrance sachet is a small fabric pouch infused with concentrated fragrance oil. Unlike sprays, diffusers or plug-ins, it releases scent gradually and continuously — no batteries, no electricity and no overpowering bursts. Just a quiet, lasting presence wherever you place it.
How long does the fragrance last?
Our fragrance sachets are designed to provide approximately 3–6 months of fragrance in your vehicle, depending on temperature, airflow and usage. In wardrobes and other enclosed spaces, the fragrance may last even longer.
Why is the fragrance stronger when I first open it?
Our fragrance sachets are freshly filled, so you'll notice a richer scent during the first few days — a strong first impression that settles into a softer, more balanced scent, just as the card included with your sachet describes.
A lovely way to enjoy this evolution in your car: begin with the sachet placed further back — the rear seat or parcel shelf — and move it closer to you as the fragrance settles, finishing on your vent clip or mirror. Designed to last approximately 3–6 months in your car, and even longer in smaller enclosed spaces like wardrobes.
What if I prefer a lighter fragrance?
If you'd like a softer scent, simply place the sachet in your glovebox, centre console or door pocket for a few days before hanging it. Alternatively, enjoy it in a wardrobe, linen cupboard or another enclosed space until the fragrance naturally mellows.
Is the fragrance refillable?
No. Each sachet is a beautifully finished, ready-to-use fragrance designed to deliver a consistent experience without liquids, sprays or refills.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere that matters to you: hanging in your car, wardrobes and drawers, handbags and travel bags, bedrooms and study spaces, living areas and reading corners.
Avoid placing directly on delicate fabrics, as fragrance oils may leave a mark. Keep away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight.

When will my order arrive?
First release orders are expected to arrive at your door within 3–4 weeks of ordering. You'll receive email confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Is the packaging gift-ready?
Yes. Every Scent of You fragrance arrives in a premium gift box with branded ribbon — no additional wrapping required. Add a gift message at checkout and we'll include it with your order. No pricing information is included in the package.
Can I move the sachet between my car and home?
Absolutely. Each sachet can be enjoyed across cars, wardrobes, drawers, bedrooms, study areas and travel bags. Many customers move theirs between spaces as the fragrance evolves.
Can I use it in a child's room?
Many customers enjoy IVORY and HOME in children's bedrooms and wardrobes because of their soft, comforting fragrance. Always keep the sachet out of reach of small children and do not allow children to handle it directly.
Is it safe for pets?
Keep sachets out of reach of pets and do not allow animals to chew, puncture or ingest the sachet. If a pet comes into contact with the fragrance oil, rinse the area with water and contact your veterinarian if irritation occurs.
Can I return part of a gift or bundle order?
Yes, provided the items being returned are unopened, unused and meet the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Where products are purchased with promotional pricing or a discount code, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the pricing applicable to the items retained.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email you@scentofyou.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
